What controls which elements can be dragged to the print preview?
What determines which field elements appear when the "+" button is clicked in the form print preview?

Dean,
The three options above the thin line are always present because they can be added optionally and are not dependent on the content of your Form.
The fields below the thin line are the fields that are present on your form or related tables.In your printscreen, they both happen to be called Formula and Text.(I gues you used the Default Names)
