Update Multiple Records (assign calculated value ) vs Formula Trigger on create

Please, help.

 

1. When Using formulas like this in Field for Trigger on create Field, perfect. 

'Invoice No' := "ArtNr.-" + format(cnt(select Rechnungen), "0000")

2. Whe using Formulas in Update Multiple Records (assign calculated value ), "This Formula may not modify data"
