Thank you. How best to handle this situation: We are a sports perfromance facilty that uses the Ninox database to record various running times and distances. We ask our coaches to reach out to parents re their kids with data from Ninox every couple of months. Coaches search by athlete name so how would a coach know that there is data available if it doesn't show up?

    Hi,

If you have added the columns to the table view you can also move it to the left (or move it up in the list of visible fields) to change the order of the columns on your screen.

You can also narrow the columns in order to see more columns on you screen.

Additionally you may also drag the whole table view on its left edge more to left in order to get more space for the table view.

    Best, Jörg

But will only 7 columns show up in a search?

It depends on which search you are using:

If you use the "Find" function with the magifier glass from the left column - it will be a Birger says

If you are using the "Search" function in a table (right click in the table or press cmd+F) Ninox will show all columns that you have set in the current table view, via a click on the column header and the button "Show column..." or the funnel button above the table view.

    Best, Jörg
