Is it possible to change the name of my whole custom CRM (the name with the house icon top left)?

Yes. You can use "Rename Database" to accomplish that.

Are you working in the web application, or the iPad, or the OSX version of the app?

If you are in one of the apps and the database is open, you can click the Ninox icon in the upoer left corner. It should have the option to "Rename database" along with "close" ,"Duplicate database" and "Reorganize".

If you don't have the database open, you should be able to click on it's icon in the Ninox interface and get the same options. On the web interface you can do a right click to get the listing.

I'm using Ninox on my iPhone and there is no "Ninox Icon" in any corner. There are no optiins for renaming, reorg, etc. either.

For the Iphone, you have to swipe on the database to the right. Then you get a menu where you can do this.
