Having this issue importing a database into the Ninox App 3.13.5 on Iphone, it does however import into the Android app on a Chromebook with no issues.

Thank you all for your help, I will update the app to the latest version and see if that solves the problem. It could well be a Chromebook issue, I make sure it has updated to the current OS too.

It is very frustrating, let’s hope the next update addresses the problem. Never had any issues with imports previously so hope it is resolved soon. 🤞🏻
