Android (Chromebook) selecting a record in table view using mouse click issue.

Hi,

For some reason I am unable to select a record in some table views when using a mouse the only way is to use TAB to go through records one by one, am I missing something or is this the only way to do it?

Ninox v13.3 Android Chromebook, database locally stored

    Just to be sure - You are not double clicking on the record in table view are you? As doing this will put it into edit cell mode on the table view and to stop this you simply press the "escape key", Thus you can single click on the record and have it open?. otherwise sorry I can't suggest anything elase as don't have a chromebook

    Thank you Mel, I will give your suggestion a go, I have no problems on apple devices just android so maybe it is just my technique.

    Hello Mel,

    After trying to select a record in a table view with a single mouse or touchpad click unfortunately it does not open that record into form view, by double clicking it does select the text  but I am unable to edit it. 
    I will just have to use the up/down keys for now and scroll through the records, not ideal but hopefully it will be addressed at some point in the future.

      Hi Andy Ninox release de 3.13.5 try it, maybe they solved the problem.

      I got this problems:

      On Android Tablets. The fields Date, Date + Time and Time, don't work. Can't add data in this fields

      NOW THIS his problem has been solved on 3.13.5

    I know this is no comparison but i have just tried on my wife's HP notebook and all works as expected either with a mouse or indeed the touchpad. I appreciated it is not Android powered - So either it is a chrome notebook issue effecting all or just isolated to you. Sadly I have nothing I can't offer any further help on this other than to say maybe email support - support@ninox.com and see if they can help .

      Release the revision 3.13.5 try it, now I don't have this problem in Android Tablet Samsung Tab S8 Ulta

    Thank you all for your help, I will update the app to the latest version and see if that solves the problem. 
    It could well be a Chromebook issue, I make sure it has updated to the current OS too.

    I still have the same problem in 3.13.5 unfortunately, using the Ninox app on an Acer Chromebook 314 with the latest OS.

    Update. Ninox Support have raised a ticket for the developers to look into the issue.
