Another possibility is that when you "created" the form you did so by clicking the "+" beside the default "(all)" tab. If that is what you did, then click the tab(s) to the right of the "(all)" tab.

The Form and Table buttons above should allow you to toggle between the two views. The Table button also allows you to enter or edit data directly on the table.

While viewing form detail, click print icon at upper right to enter print preview mode. Then click print icon again at upper right, and select "This record" from pop-up.

Are you asking how to setup a data table that just has two columns (ie. fieldname and fieldvalue), and then use that data table to populate the form fields of a parent table?

Select statement is not needed. Click on Number column header and select Ascending or Descending.
