Kees.. can you be more discriptive? Ensure you see a "cloud" in the upper right database icon corner. Make sure your iCloud UID / Password is correct on your machine..

David.. are you looking for something like this?? A Leader may upload 0-N images.. From the images that a Leader has uploaded.. they may asign an image to 1-N Stories..

Given you are referencing "a file".. are the images in "the file" as RAW .. or are they links? You could always upload the images else where and link to them.. Not ideal..…
