I am a bit confused by "[if xxx then yyy else zzz]" This is usually the evaluation criteria .. something like.. (select Achats)[TableFieldA = ScreenField or TableFieldB = "foobar"]

I think you would have to handle that through "process" .. give them a copy of a database.. let them change their tables.. and import only those tables back into the production image.

@Mr K.. I assume your phone number is of type Phone? If YES.. then do a check like. length(text('Phone 1')) = 0 for a no data check.
