@Sarah, They can "try" unchecking "Filter junk mail before applying my rules" ... and create an appropriate rule.. based on subject, sender, etc.

@Julian, Thanks.. That same strategy works with any web application that supports webhooks. For example, you can post from your Ninox ERP into SalesForce when establishing a new vendor .. etc.
