Click on any of the column names, then click on Show Columns, then select the field you want to show.

When you click on Show As it will take you to the Formula editing window. From there you can just select the field name you want to show, i.e. Customer.Name.

Are you using the MacOS version or web version? If you are using the MacOS, make sure you are not using v3.3.0. Very buggy version. Check the app store and update to 3.3.2.
