If you want to increment a date by a week, you can just add 7 to the date or some multiple of 7 and I would use a Number field instead of a Time interval field.…

It's kind of wonky, but you can use the 'Created by', 'Modified by', etc in a Formula field. If I displayed those columns before I created the formula fields, I would get a "Circular reference" error.…

DT is defined before the loop and won't update the way you have it. You can put... DT := date(YR, MO, DY) after MO := MO + 1 in the loop and it should work.
