My bad! I was distracted when I posted that. Switch evaluates a single expression which you then check for possible results. You are testing multiple expressions. I am very sorry for the confusion!

You shouldn't need another table, just a different table view. If you use your existing view, click on the table header for your date field and choose "Group".…

Multiline field name header

Just a suggestion for table view field names. It would allow for descriptive header without making the columns too wide.
