Mimic spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet designed to provide payout for 1st thru … positions for 8 people through 24 people.  In excel I can do vlookup for number of players and get the payouts for each position.  Is there any way to mimic this in Ninox.   Here is an image of my excel spreadsheet

    One possible solution is attached. I'm not very good with Ninox charts so hopefully someone who is more knowledgable can help out there. I'm sure you can do something like you post in an html table.

    Ignore table1 and table2. The PayOuts table is my take on it.
