Hi Again Ninox Brain Trust,

Attached will be found a small database that shows a discrepancy for an input to a dynamic choice field.
Notice that when the reference field item is chosen the trigger selects the appropriate choice. However, the trigger is not executed from within the dynamic choice field.
The appropriate action by the trigger in the Dynamic Choice Field occurs only when an actual click on the button is executed.
How do you think we can get the choice by the action in the reference field to allow for the trigger in the dMC field?

    I think what you are witnessing is Ninox protecting itself and the user from creating a cascading Trigger wave that could crash the system. That means Triggers only kick off when a user does an action on the field. NOT when Ninox does an action on a field by a script.

    If you want what happens in the Choose Item trigger to happen then you will need to put it in the ITEMS trigger.
