Hi,

I'm trying to download files via API and am having trouble with files that have umlauts in the file name. I cannot find a way to encode the file name so that it works. I always receive an HTTP 500 error.

Eg. "Wohngebäude" in File name, I tried "Wohngeb%C3%A4ude" and "Wohngeb%E4ude" but both are resulting in HTTP 500. 

Unfortunately, it seems that downloading a file by ID is not possible, so I need to use the file name.

Can someone help me?
