Fill data more friendly way

hello
I have a patient database with photos and pdf files.
I want to have a way that other people can fill in data in a more friendly way.
I have a form created but the fact of entering the table so that the form opens later is not comfortable.
I was researching appsheets and it could be an option but I don't know how to move the base from one side to the other to continue from that other app.
any suggestions?
thanks in advance

You asked earlier about allowing non-Ninox users to enter in data. Have you made a decision on that front?

I don't understand your question? I try to generate a simple way that my colleagues can fill in the data.
And to tell the truth, I have not found in Ninox the appropriate way to display the data to be filled.
We are not programmers, we do not have time, and if it is not made friendly, it simply does not fill up and the work is useless.

If I understand correctly, you’re looking to create a more user-friendly data entry interface for your colleagues while keeping your data in Ninox, right?
In that case, you can use Zapier to transfer data between Ninox and other applications.

As for the data entry interface, it really depends on the final result you’re aiming for. In Ninox, you’re not limited to the table view to access forms—there are other options available.

By the way, have you ever tried Coda as a data entry interface?

I have developed a driver that allows you to read and write data in Ninox from Coda. Look for the Ninox API pack in Coda!

⚠️ Note: It is still experimental and may contain bugs. If you encounter any, please let me know.

While Ninox is part of the low-code environment it is not no-code, as if there ever could be. You will need to spend time learning the language and basic DB structure and design to get the most out of it.

If this database is business important and you don't have time, then I would recommend hiring one of the many Ninox partners to help you design, develop, and deploy your DB.

To back up what Fred says, here is the new Ninox website, where for the first time it is officially referred to as a low-code platform.
