Unable to open database syncInit: Failed to _syncInit

iPad app when I try to open a db. On Mac app no problems. Any idea?

    Do you try to sync with a cloud database without having an active subscription?

    Hi there. I’m facing the same issue. Already contacted support a few hours ago, but I obviously haven’t heard back from them yet. 

    Has this been resolved for you? I had this issue on my MacBook Pro, but I now have it on my Mac Mini too. And I noticed that the app on my iPad is not synced, so latest records aren’t there. And I can’t back anything up, so I’m VERY WORRIED that I’ll lose data (all or part), which would be disastrous for my business… 

    So please, let me know if this has been solved for you guys. Thanks! 🙏🏻

    I have spent all day on site doing a survey using my Ipad.  I have logged in to see my data on my laptop.  I cant see any of my data.  It just comes up with this error and also

    its been like this for 30hr ish.  I have  emailed support.  

    Really need this sorted asap
