Many to Many Relatonships

I am tying to create a Many to Many Relationship Table between Priests & Parishes using the 3rd table named "Priests Parishes". There 300 Priests and 150 Parishes. When I try to link them, it only show the first 100 of each. How do I get around this problem. Thank You, Alan

    Hi Alan -

     

    I'm guessing you are trying to use a combo box. If you leave it as a pop up then you can see all of the records. The advantage of a pop up is you can also quickly filter the list by typing in part of the name of the priest or parish. I would hate to have to scroll through 300 priests to get to the Z's when I can just type Z and see all Priests with the letter Z in their name. I can't imagine using switch or radio buttons either when you have so many.
