How do I transfer my Ninox databases to another computer?

I've looked through the forums, but didn't see anything that exactly matched my situation. I'm using Ninox as a local application. That's been working fine for me. However, I just got a new computer and I'm trying to xfer Ninox to the new machine. I've installed a fresh copy of Ninox, but I'm not sure where the data files are on my old machine. I will try exporting them as archives and xferring them that way, but I'd like to know what the file format is for the db files and where they are normally stored. TIA for any help with this.
