Cell size !?

hello, not knowing how I enlarged the height of the cells. do you know how to get back to a normal size? thank you.

The hight of the cells in table view are controlled in the left column where the linenumbering is. Like in excell, go to the border, a up/down arrow appears.

This feature would be great if you could do it with the Child Table or Views on forms to !!!
