Any way to change the Font default? (also in RTF)

I couldnt find any place where this can be done....

I am referring to the overall database (eg set the default font) or more important for me now in some fields eg RTF...

RTF has H1, H2 etc.. but no way to set what they are in terms of font and size

Also for the labels...
