Fields Column Width in Forms

In the tutorial video, it shows the ability to set a field (in a form) as 1,2,3 or 4 columns.  I can't figure out how to do that.  I'm grateful for any help.

    Hi,

    you can have up to 8 columns. When you enlarge the form view the size of the field is changing dynamically but the ratio is kept.
