How do I get rid of the subscribe pop-up on the Mac App?

Getting subscribe popup at top of Mac app taking a lot of screen real estate. How do I get rid of that? I thought I didn't need a subscription if I bought the Mac app.

I sent this question in via the contact form. In hind sight, I'm thinking this may have been a faster route to the answer. Forgive me for hitting you up twice with the same question. Grateful for any help.

    Art,

A screen shot would be helpful.   It "could be" that you still have an active "Team".  If you have only the Ninox App, I believe all you should see is "My Databases".

I received a nice reply from support that shared their policies with me. I think what happened is I did the free trial while evaluating Ninox. So my databases started on the Ninox cloud.

I then bought the Mac copy and just continued using Ninox as before but with very little interaction via the browser. So my database probably reside in the Ninox cloud (not sure though) and need to be migrated over to iCoud (would that be an export/import?). I'm a single user, no other team members.

Tried to attach a screen shot to share what I'm seeing but it's skewed in TinyMCE. Will upload anyway.

That is what I thought... If your database is NOT in My Databases .. then you left it on the Ninox Cloud.

It is a tough call...   For me.. the extra ~$70 USD per year is well worth ..

    1.  Automated Back Ups.
    2.  Ability to push data into my back end databases via web hooks / REST API..
    3.  Subtle differences in the UI..

Your trial (evaluating) period has expired. You have to pay a subscription in order to stop the popup.

If you own the Mac app, download your databases from the Ninox cloud and import them to 'My Databases' tab (iCloud).

I did what Nick suggested and moved to iCloud. That resolved my issue, though I may be missing out on some nice differences with the UI. Hope that's helpful.
