Block add record

Any way to block add a record? I only want that a new record is by importing a csv file, not click on the "+" or on a new row.

    In the properties of the table you can remove the right to create records from specific user (groups).

    Thanks, but I want that only by csv import. Even if is the admin who add the data.

    A Role can have the right to import data but not to create records.
