NINOX BLOCKED ME OUT. Not letting me purchase more space. Saying request quote. Don't have any access to my files.

Hello. Ninox blocked us out. We have been contacting trying to purchase more space for the last 4 days but all it says is "request a quote". Can somebody please help us with this. We don't have access to any of our files anymore even though we made payment.
