No databases visible after updating to Ninox 3.11.3 on macOS

I recently updated Ninox through the App Store, and now my Database overview is empty. Even newly created Databases are missing. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to wait for a fix?

I only use iCloud Databases and not Ninox Cloud. I'm on macOS 14.3 Sonoma.

I already restarted my Mac and the Databases are visible on my iPhone. The sync seems to work well, as the Databases I created invisibly on my Mac appear on my Phone.

    I've reverted to v3.10.11 and all databases are visible again.

    Version 3.11.4 fixed that issue.
