Every job I do, I have to store one or more artwork files on Google drive.

This involves creating a Customer folder ( ie ABC Limited) and then creating 1 or more individual Job file folders (ie comp slips) that match the job number on the jobbag within Ninox ie 10756. I then copy the folder link to store in the GDLink URL field in the very same job bag in Ninox. Then I can open the file on google to view/edit delete etc.

Which is great but it is a little long winded .......

Ideally - I would like to have a script or other method that when triggered in Ninox will go and create the folder in google drive- puch in th job number, copy the link back to GDLink and leave that folder open for me the drag all relevant artwork files into Google drive - If I can achieve this then I don't need the parent customer folder (ABC Limited).

I have already a button that calls google drive and puts me onto the Jobs folder ... but thts as far as i can automate it

Does this sound doable?

Does something like Zapper/Make handle this kind of thing?

Is anyone doing this or similar already ie with dropbox etc
