Print and Delete buttons are not active

Hello friends,

Can someone please help me understand how can I activate the "Print" and "Delete" buttons on the default Table View in Ninox.

I am developing this CRM for my employer that is being used by the sales team right now. The business owner is the admin of this database and he wants to be able to print all visible records with visible columns and delete records. He wants those Print and Delete buttons to be active on the default Table view.

    You can't print from the Table View.

    You could create a dashboard for the owner where they can set the parameters then print the records they need.

       looks like we can’t do anything in Ninox, but we can do everything else that is apart from “Anything”

      All software comes with their own limitation. You have to learn to live within the current boundaries or find another software that does what you need for this case but may not meet other needs.

     I wouldn't be looking to delete records immediately. It throws up problems in a relational database if child records are not correctly set up (composition on). I have a 'yes/no' field called archive in all my tables so that I can archive records which are then hidden from view. It also timestamps this action and admins can see a hidden tab that gives control over the archived record.

       That’s a good idea. Set the status to archive and then filter the records acc to the status. But the business owner still wants to print.

       Oh I am too novice for reporting yet. I am still learning everyday and adding on to this project as I learn. Was just thinking of a quick solution to fix this up for the owner and then find a proper way of presenting the data for him with reporting and printing options in the future.. :)

        Hi, if you are just looking for an easy way to print the table then click on the wrench icon and select "Print view" on the dropdown menu. A pdf file will be automatically generated and downloaded ready for printing!
