command similar to Duplicate(this)

Is there another command similar to duplicate(this) that instead of copying all field data in one record to a new record in the same table, it will copy that record and put it into a new table (that is totally identical to the first table.

Ie i'm thinking along the lines of an archive table in terms

Table1 (Main)

Run button script to copy all records into table 2 (Archive) that fits a set critiera ie combo box set to archive

then delete said flagged records in table1 (Main)

Know I can do this by specifying all the fields and writing/deleting those fields in the table - But there are a lot of fields

it would be easier if i can go

in table A - for record 1 - duplicate(this) into table B

move onto record 2 etc
