created on' still broken on Mac ?? Or is there another way ?

Documentation says internal field 'created on' is broken on Mac ("_cd" parameter).

It sure is broken on my Mac -- doesn't return anything at all.

Is there any other way to access the date stamp (date record created)?

Or did I make a mistake trying to do this?
