Dates issue Ninox app vs browser

Hello,

I don't understand why dates (birthdates) in a person file I have imported are displayed correctly in Ninox mac app and wrongly displayed  (minus one day) in browser. So all the birthdates are wrong in browser although they are right in the database. This is a very serious issue for identitovigilance which is crucial in my activity.

Any ideas ???

    Hello Fabio,

    I solve it by not using firefox. The dates before 04/1980 are displayed with a gap of one day between Firefox and others browsers (IE, Edge, Safari) and Mac App. I have no answer from Ninox staff. It's a reallly big issue for firefox and now I'm not the only one !

    Hi Marc. In fact even Chrome has the same problem. I hope the Ninox support will fix it as soon as possible.

    I have found dates to be an extremely frustrating aspect of Ninox. In order to get consistent results, you have to do a lot of housekeeping on dates to get predictable results.

    I have the same problem and the ninox i's support is really bad !!
    no answer at all

    We are paying a service !!!!
