Are there any plans to increase the functionality of the Rich Text field?

Are there any plans to increase the functionality of the Rich Text field?  For example (but not limited to)

- Support indented lists... such as indented outlines? 

- allow for a line wrap within a numbers list 
   such like this.. 

- support for tables 

and I am sure others have ideas.. :)
