Diffrence between ti date/time in hours minutes

I what to know the difference between to time I have

time(number('Date / Time Fin' - 'Date / Time Début') / 3600000)

but the resolve will be 4.9 if Date / Time Début=Nov 30, 2018, 7:25 PM and Date / Time Fin=Nov 30, 2018, 2:30 PM

what I want is 4 hrs and 55 minutes.

    I found a way to do it if I use the field time instead Date/time.  Time End-Time Stard = good answer but if I use the field  Date/Time Star - Date/Time End I have a fraction of minutes that I have to extract and X by 60 ????
