Create automatic records

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way, after every 30 days  to automatically create a record linked to my main table?

If using the Ninox cloud.. Most likely can be accomplished with Zapier of calling a web services.

If using Mac / iCloud... I am not aware of Ninox having a command line version..

You could do it semi-automatically. Attach the code to a button and make it visible once the time interval has been reached and reset the start date. A "Trigger on Open" would be helpful if the database isn't open 24/7.

I like your thinking there @slowwagon.  Is "Trigger on Open" an existing trigger?       That.. combined with a command line such that you can pass in the name of a database to start with would suffice.. :)

@Mconneen - No "Trigger on Open" that I'm aware of, but it seems like a worthy feature request ;). Maybe even a "Trigger on Interval". I don't do this professionally and most of my experience was with dBase. It's taken me a while to get used to having to attach all code to a trigger or object.
