Single user, multiple Macs

I'm interested in the standalone Mac version from the App Store for 35 euros, and store my data in iCloud to access from multiple Macs. I'm a single user, but need to be able to work from multiple Macs (at least two), but not concurrently.

Would I need to purchase separately for each Mac, or could I purchase once and install on multiple Macs?

    You can install it on multiple mac as long as you have the same iCloud account attached to each Mac.

    While you can edit on different machines, you will have to do an extra step each time you want to edit on a different computer. You have to "reorganize" the DB when you switch computers.

    The app is intended for a single user, so they do that by "assigning" ownership to a device. So the "reorganize" function changes the ownership.

    Now you only need to do this when you want to make edits. If you are entering data then that can done on any Apple device that has the same iCloud account. You just need to be aware that only one device should have the DB open at a time. There is no live syncing of data.
