Birthday field not visible in Calendar iCloud or Outlook

I'm working very often with Ninox Calendar. Syncing is very good.

However, syncing birthday Fields doen't work anymore. They are visible in the Ninox Calendar but they are not in the Outlook / iCal calendar.

Syncing appointments works very well.  

Is there a solution for this problem?
