Can't Create Backups

I have been trying to create backup on database in a new team I create yesterday.  When I select Manage Backups there is nothing under Manual Backups. 

Automatic backups are working. 

It does work on teams I set up some time ago, but I have tested on new teams on 2 separate accounts that I use and no joy. 

Just wondered if anyone else has this problem. I've submitted a support request.

    So you are selecting the drop down arrow on DB image and selecting create backup as per this image - I'm assuming you are cloud version. All working my end but to be fair I have had a few occasions when a manual backup did not appear. Support gave the server a kick and all was well. only happen a couple of time in last 2 years.

    Thanks Mel - yes exactly that. I contacted support and they  resolved it.
