Fill in PDF forms
Doing a search on "pdf forms" in this forum, I see that some Ninox users have asked for PDF form features beyond what Ninox currently offers. We have completed a new PDF forms only solution that may help. The software described below is not part of Ninox, however it can be used along side Ninox.
Our new solution adds value to fill in PDF forms by making them easy to: upload, fill, save, duplicate, retrieve, sort, combine, email, print, and fill to other forms. It also allows you to invite someone else to help you complete any form. A log automatically keeps track of who makes what changes to each form.
If you or your users need to work with fill in PDF forms, please try our new solution at: https://fillinpdf.com
The site includes a few short videos that demonstrate how to use the software. Please let me know your thoughts and suggestions.

I was looking for a native way to do this in Ninox recently too. While you can sometimes map fields via Zapier or Integromat, it can get a bit pricey or complex if you're just doing a one-off form.
I actually came across this tool recently:- https://thetoolapp.com/pdf-tools/fill-pdf-form/ - it’s pretty handy for filling out PDF forms quickly without having to set up a whole automation workflow. Might be worth a look if you need a quick workaround while we wait for more native PDF features!
