Forum Login issues with Safari and Google Chrome in Mac OS

Since maybe 2-3 months, I can't login to the forums from neither Safari nor Chrome, only using Firefox without any extensions. When I log into main page, it automatically redirects to Ninox app (https://app.ninox.com/). When I try to enter the Forum, it says I'm not logged in. So, clicking the login button redirects to the ninox home page, and then, clicking again the Login buttons redirects to the Ninox app.

 

What am I doing wrong?

    I experienced this with Chrome a few weeks ago and support asked me to clear my cache and then it worked (for me at least)

    I've experienced this as well and like Mel Charles  says, that clearing my browser cache of anything from "ninox" did the trick.

    Mysteriously, today, without any further action from me, it seems to work again in Mac OS Ventura Safari... I think so that is something related to their side than a cookies issue (it happened to me in two different computers with two different browsers and with a freshly Mac OS Ventura install: formatting the HD and installing a fresh copy of the OS)
