I am attaching a table because it will probably be difficult to explain and will confuse everyone.
Everything is done and configured in the table, I need to enter the value of "Number1" in the formula field that is located "mine table" + "Table1"
the value needs to be based on the value in the fields "Name" and "Choise". But if this is not possible for some reason, we can focus on the value "Choice", because in the future it will be possible to make it so that its value is always unique and does not repeat.

    Since Salary is dynamic choice field you can use the record() command to get that record and then you have access to all of the data.

    record(Salary,number('Choice (dynamic)')).Number1
