Send quote to a client direct rather than attach A pdf

I must be getting lazy !

At the moment I can send clients a pdf quote from the system no problem - this relies on a printout being saved to an image field and then when i click the field i download it to desk top and send an email to a client witht the file attached (only because I have to add other various comments etc.

So I  can hear myself asking - is there a way that one can save the image for the quote.... but then do as i do with other forms/ lcik reports and attach it via sendEmail and have it show in all it's glory directly in their email body (html layout etc) when them open said email or I send it in a way so is ther a way I

I suspect you may tell me i need to get more serious with html/dynamic forms etc or go to the opub and forget I asked !!

Maybe you should start thinking about e-invoicing (Peppol) which will become mandatory...?

If you use Billit, I can help you to connect Ninox with Billit with API.

Hi Steven - Thank you, I see where you are coming from but I was thinking more for quotes etc. rather than invoices - as we invoice via Sage at the moment. E-invoicing is not yet adopted in the uk and is currently in the final consultation fro implementation stage at the moment. It is expected to become law in 2029 (initially starting with larger organisations) and I only trade UK nationwide. so not a big issue to me yet and I plan to sell the business next year.

Typically - in the UK we sit back and watch Europe etc sort every thing out and then play catch up !

Currently, I am weighing up all the tasks that I need/want or am forced to do versus suitable off the shelf software that is a fit for my trade (promotional products and print) and Igmoring the big bussiness stuff - i have just stumbled across 2 sensible priced products that will allow data flow to Ninox of all the elements that are not hardwired in these packages.

      Hmmm ......
