Reported the following issue to support, but almost 1 year later they say its s bug and have more important things to look into.

The function is crucial to me and used to work fine before I needed to reinstall the Ninox app in June 2024.

I use a Samsung Galaxy S20+ and a Galaxy tab AB. Not working on both. A friend has an older Samsung and it does work on his. Two other users have the same issue, one using Samsung the other iPhone.

I use the location field to pin a location as here in The Gambia we don't have addresses. However I can't use Google maps to navigate to the location anymore.

Pressing the pin I get the pop up 'Google Maps is not installed or disabled'. Have checked all settings so many times and all appear to be correct.

Also before the pin used to be next to the location but now its showing latitude and longitude too, which is somehow disturbing.

Any help please or anyone having the same issue?

Am worried to try things out like deleting longtime and latitude as I don't want to losse my pinned locations.
