Links in forum threads

It is doing the same thing to images that are uploaded. If you ctrl-click on an image that isn“t being displayed and choose ”copy image address“ and then paste that address in a text editor you”ll get something like this...

Just one more point, if you enter the address files.ninoxdb.de/5fa574011ba4ce1f69c15ff0.png in the browser address bar, the image will be downloaded.

In my Columbo voice, “just one more thing”... On the German language forum it looks like the last succesful image upload was Friday, October 30, 2020 11:05 AM. The first failed attempt was Friday, October 30, 2020 5:43 PM and it looks like the post was specifically made to test image uploading.

What I don“t get is if all the pages are created dynamically, why are some working and some not. Are the old posts really static pages?!

Wow, I just figured out what“s going on with the HTML code for images in posts submitted after October 30. They”re using the wrong quotes!! What a rookie mistake

Same goes for links in posts. Wrong quotes again and they are being parsed as part of the hyperlink.

They use 2 different quote styles for the screenshots that don“t show up...

As far as I can tell, that can only be acheived if a user pastes the file path from their computer into the "Source" input field.
