Comments in Reccords

Hi can comments in reccord be called in a formula to view all comments on the reccord table

I believe not yet. Maybe in a future update I think.

**Please** ... !!! In all my other coding/work -- it's just a simple: // comment //

In Ninox, every time I'm working on a code/formula that I;m not getting correct and I need to go check my notes or elsewhere to find some answers / examples, -- I don't want to just delete what I already have there if I know most of it is correct.

So then, I either have to cut/paste the snippet elsewhere (because of course, you cannot just "save") OR just delete it ... so I can go find my note(s) on //commenting//. And then ... I have to pick out which //comment// format I need to use depending on what I am working.

Too many steps +waste of time!! Can you tell this is exactly what I'm doing at this moment = //frustration//

Perhaps someone who is wiser than I am can *please* give me a simple answer as to why //comment// is not possible YET?!

Hi Karen, I think OP is referring to the comments that can be added to a record when using the browser version.

I imagine the function would be similar to the files() function for attachments. I get your frustration about commenting not being standardized in code though.
