Add a Button in your table with formula:

Oh, this is a formula for the german system. in your case:

for ii in unique((select 'Your Table').'Your Field') do
let myRec := first((select 'Your Table')['Your Field' = ii]._id);
delete (select 'Your Table')['Your Field' = ii and _id != myRec]
end
