E-Mail link made with formula.

Hi there.

I created an e-mail using a forumula. The link worked as expected. However, I don't have the normal "More options..." to create an e-mail that comes with a normal e-mail field. Is this someting that will change in the future? I expected to see the same properties for this as I would with a regular field.

Thank you!

John

    Dear John,

The field options depend on the field as some options are not sensible and/or possible with the possible content of a certain field.

What option do want to see in a formula field properties?

    Jörg,

I'm trying to create a work flow where I an write any number of e-mails to a user in a database using standard forms. When I write the e-mail the e-mail text, subject, etc. is logged in the database. This would be to track correspondence sent via e-mail.

I could be going about this all wrong.

    Hi John,

That is quite possible in Ninox. If you use the Ninox Cloud and prepare all right you just need to type in the e-mail text and press a button to send the e-mail.

A good thing to ask you questions and to get an overview about other and similar use cases would be a our webinar and it would be nice if you could bring your possible questions up there.

At our Ninox webinar tips and tricks will be presented in the first 30 minutes, the remaining 90 minutes will be used for a live support where the participants' concerns will be solved.

You can register here for the webinar, which takes place every Tuesday at 18 o'clock CEST: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_zoSk2qyNSz6vLRFF1zlakg

    Best regards, Jörg
