Databae Wont Start (Spinning Beach Ball)

When i launch my database, i just get the spinning beach ball and it wont start, even after 15 mins I just have application not responding. Please could someone tell me how to get this to launch properly?

    Hi, 

    at which point do you get stuck? At opening the App, the database or a table?

    Where have you stored your database? In the iCloud or local?
