Print Rich Text in format

I am trying to print a rich text field in a form, though it is not following the format set in rich text. How do I keep the same format when printing a pdf?

It works when you use a function field and not a text field in the print layout.

    It does not work. (

i have read all the posts about printing rich or formated text, not the rich text field, nor the formula with html do not keep the formqting in the pdf. In the print layout screen the formating is present though.

I can confirm, that RTF cannot be placed in a print layout, it will only spit out the HTML code. This is rediculous.

I am having a similar problem. You *can* print HTML in a print layout, but you have to insert it as a formula directly in the print view - not link to a formula in the table, and not entering text in the print view enveloped in {}. You have to literally add a formula in print view, and enter the HTML code directly there, and then it works...

...but only if you are using the app version of Ninox. If you are using the web version the html formatting is still lost. So this is still a total pain because my team mostly work on the web version, but have to switch to the app when printing formatted documents (unless anyone knows of a way of making this work on the web version too)

You need to contact Support as this is something that can be turned on and off per account.
