Dynamic Printing stopped working for non-admin roles
Hello.
I have an issue since this morning in which non-admin users cannot print anymore. We are using dynamic print forms.
But the users can print just fine from their mobile phones or tablets using the Ninox app. It only affects the web-based version.
I can't assign them all admin roles as they would have access to sensitive information. It worked fine until yesterday, and I kept everything the same in Ninox. No changes were made.
We changed internet lines, browsers, and computers, but the issue remains the same.
But the iOS app can print just fine.
Did anyone ever experience this? I emailed Ninox support twice, but apparently, they are still on New Year holidays, and my staff can't print invoices, receipts, quotes, etc. That isn't good.
If anyone has an idea, I would appreciate it if you share it with me.

To add more info: I rebooted the Team, also used an older version of the database when my staff was still able to print. Still same issue.

sounds worrying - i tried the dynamic print forms when they were relased but have pulled back from as seemed a tad somewhat unstable

I agree - Frankly they don't need dynamic layout if they built in a proper print report generator
the basic in built one at the moment sucks !! Fortunately I can just about get by with it for basic delivery notes/supplier orders anything more complex i output the data and build a form offline so to speak

Ninox support concluded it is a bug on their end. What worries me is their history for the time it takes them to fix bugs. They also mentioned they plan to rebuild their print engine but frankly speaking, I am not sure this will happen within this century.
